Frédéric Poilpré is Managing Director. An expert in wealth engineering, Frédéric has assisted hundreds of business leaders with their equity transactions, and with the sale or transfer of their companies. Before joining Officium, he was Director of Wealth Engineering “Le 29 H” at Société Générale Private Banking, dedicated to supporting its UHNWI clientele. Prior to this, he was Head of Wealth and Financial Engineering, with particular responsibility for coordinating synergies between the Group’s Private Banking and Investment Banking divisions, and managing a team of 45 engineers spread across France. A member of the Cercle des Fiscalistes and the Fédération Nationale Droit du Patrimoine, Frédéric holds a DEA in Tax Law from Panthéon-Sorbonne, a Specialized Master in Wealth Management from ESCP-EAP and the Diplôme Universitaire Professionnel Gestion de Patrimoine from Clermont-Ferrand.
