Eric Séheux

Eric is an asset manager and President of the company. Before Officium Asset Management, he was responsible for major private investors at the Lombard Odier bank in Paris. For more than 20 years, Eric has managed the assignment of the assets of wealthy private clients whose financial standing is close to that of institutional investors. In the context of this activity, he has taken part in the creation of investment funds both public and private, developed many financing solutions (acquisition/divestiture of holdings, LBOs) as well as the restructuring of many companies : intergenerational wealth transferts (Dutreil Law), creation of co-ordinating holding companies, setting up shareholder pacts. Eric teaches the Private Equity at the AUREP and has a Master’s degree in Economic Science and a Master’s degree II in Economics and Finance from the University of Paris X.
